La Quinta By Wyndham Anchorage Airport Hotel

we were in anchorage for 2 days, had very nice stay, the hotel was perfectly clean with favourable location in the best part of town. location: the property was really close to restaurants and anchorage and the cafeteria. cafe aftershock espresso located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. the daily service was excellent.

Our a double room came with with a comfortable bed as well as crisp linens on the comfortable bed.

The front desk staff and shuttle driver were good. The breakfast options were decent and fulfilled my needs for a busy morning. The shuttle situation was challenging. With a group of 12 and our bags, we often had to take multiple trips to get to our destinations due to the small size of the van. It felt frustrating standing at the airport for over an hour waiting for the shuttle.

great food options and outdoor parks within walking distance

I enjoyed my stay with the hotel being just a few steps from amazing restaurants like Milano's Pizza and only a 15-minute walk to beautiful Westchester Lagoon where I could soak in fine views during my city walks.

A reliable pick for a mini-break over the weekend in Anchorage with good value for price. The breakfast lady made perfect scrambled eggs that I loved. Beware of limited parking if you're renting a car.

So, we got to the hotel after our cruise, and the staff were super nice. They even had fresh cookies and snacks waiting for us! We had an early flight, but they packed us muffins and juice to take along. The place was cozy and clean. Only thing is, the gym could use some more equipment.
